Air Cargo Pallet Insulation Blanket

AmSafe thermal pallet covers and blankets are specifically designed to protect temperature sensitive goods during transportation.

For use with air cargo and land based pallet / skid systems.

AmSafe thermal pallet covers and blankets are ideal for transporting temperature controlled pharmaceutical, medical, perishable and electronic goods. Our thermal products are designed for insulation and used within the frozen (-20C), chilled (2-8C) and controlled ambient (15-25C) temperature ranges.

Our thermal products provide insulation protection for your goods throughout the entire journey, in the event there are breaks in the cold-chain, or in “last mile” situations.

• Failure in the primary temperature control system (vehicle, container, active unit etc.)

Thermal Performance

Our passive thermal blankets delay temperature exchange and therefore extend the duration before the product goes out of temperature range. This enables greater control and confidence when managing the risks and threat of temperature excursions. We have thermal trials and case studies available for reference. Durability & Support

AmSafe uses high performance insulation and robust outer skin materials suitable for harsh logistics operations to ensure durability and cost effectiveness – we expect our blanket life to be measured in years rather than months.

With a number of service repair centres globally, AmSafe can provide appropriate support for maintenance, repairs and renovation. At required intervals, blankets can be inspected and assessed for operational suitability. This can extend product life, reduce waste and ensure thermal capability is maintained.

Product Types

Range of performance and durability levels:

• Single Skin – first level protection for single trip or limited use
• Medium Light – durable but lightweight covers for moderate protection
• Medium Standard – durable with standard levels of insulation for normal use
• Premium – ultra durable with high performance insulation for specialist use
